Return & Refund Policy

At MuscleFix, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window, calculated from the date of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories intact.
• The product must not be a category excluded under Section 2 below.
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.

Products that are used, opened (where safety/hygiene seals have been broken), damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of health, nutrition, and supplement products, certain items may not be eligible for return once the seal is broken or the product has been opened, in the interest of hygiene and safety. Any such exclusions applicable to a specific product will be indicated on the respective product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at agamsalesindia@gmail.com or call us at 7838636572 within the 7-day return window, along with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the applicable process, including pickup arrangements (where available) or instructions for shipping the product back to us.

4. Inspection of Returned Products

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet these conditions, in which case the product will be shipped back to the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, and the return is approved, we will initiate your refund.

• Refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
• Refunds are subject to final approval by Agam India. Approval is granted upon successful verification of the returned product against our return eligibility criteria.
• The exact time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.

6. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests, if permitted, must be raised before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy upon delivery.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic/video evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, return, or refund as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
